Founder
I’m Glyn Billinghurst, founder of Cateran Coaching and Consulting. With 25 years’ experience in commercial, managerial and operational roles across organisations such as Walkers Snacks, PepsiCo, Unilever, Shoes for Crews and Munster Rugby, I now help individuals, teams and organisations achieve meaningful performance improvements.
I specialise in strategic planning, operational execution, leading change and driving growth in new and existing markets. Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for bringing clarity, direction and alignment in fast-paced and complex environments.
A defining experience in my leadership journey was competing in the BT Global Challenge, a 32,000-mile round-the-world yacht race, where I strengthened my resilience, teamwork and leadership skills—principles that now shape my coaching and consulting approach.
My philosophy is simple: deliver real value through honest insight, clear thinking and practical action to help clients achieve their goals.
